Structure

INFTF is structured as a lean institutional foundation by design. Our focus is on shaping ideas, building trusted partnerships, and enabling systemic change, not on operating large programs ourselves. This model gives us the clarity, speed, and neutrality needed to work effectively across jurisdictions, technologies, and regulatory environments.

Legal Foundation

INFTF MTÜ is a registered non-profit organisation under Estonian law. It aligns with EU non-profit governance standards and maintains appropriate financial oversight and reporting in accordance with local and EU regulations.

Governance model

Our governance model combines institutional accountability with operational agility. Strategic direction and compliance are set at the board level. Advisory input ensures depth across finance, technology, regulation, and development.

The team is empowered and dynamic, working with a high degree of autonomy to build partnerships, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions with minimal oversight. This approach enables rapid, effective action while maintaining strategic clarity and accountability.

Board oversight

Strategic direction, compliance, and accountability are overseen by a lean board in accordance with our statutes and regulatory obligations.

Advisory input

INFTF draws on a network of advisors with expertise across relevant domains to inform priorities and ensure global relevance.

Lean execution

Delivery is carried out through targeted teams and structured partnerships, allowing INFTF to scale impact without becoming an operator.
